Do you ship internationally?
No. Marisa's Shop operates and dispatches shipments exclusively within the United States. We are unable to accept international orders or facilitate overseas delivery at this time.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is entirely free on all orders placed throughout our storefront. There are no minimum purchase thresholds or surprise surcharges added at checkout.

What is your order processing window?
All orders are formally documented, authorized, and securely prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and official statutory holidays.

What is the standard transit time for delivery?
Following initial warehouse processing, packages are handed over to our domestic logistics partners. Standard domestic transit takes approximately 5 to 8 business days to arrive at your shipping address.

Can I modify my shipping address after an order is placed?
Address adjustments can only be requested before your order enters active fulfillment. Once an item is systematically processed and handed over to the carrier, we cannot intercept or redirect the parcel.

What is your return eligibility window?
We maintain a 30-calendar-day return window, beginning from the exact date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Are there any fees for returning an item?
No. Marisa's Shop covers all return freight costs for domestic orders by issuing a prepaid return shipping label via email upon request approval. We never charge restocking fees or transactional penalties.

Are any items on your storefront marked as "Final Sale"?
No. Every single product cataloged on our website is fully eligible for a return within the standard 30-day window, provided it meets our baseline condition requirements.

What are your condition requirements for a return?
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with all original tags, accessories, and packaging inserts.

How long will it take to process my refund?
Once your return is received and structurally inspected at our Phoenix fulfillment facility, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
